Connect the iPhone and your computer using the USB cable. The software will automatically open the program when you ask it to. Once the program is open under networks you can activate the iPhone to connect to the internet. It will give you a list of option to connect. You will find the Network category under the general category. You would need to choose an option called Internet Tethering and switch it on. It is off by default. A pop window will ask you how to connect and choose the iPhone to connect to the internet. It can connect to any Wi-Fi network or wireless network and as long as you are authenticated for using you can just click the browser and start surfing.
