Most computer programming jobs are being outsourced which has evoked a lot of criticism and anger on the part of the American counterparts.

Another common function outsourced is facilities management.
Outsourcing costs for computer programming depend on how difficult the task at hand is and the number of man hours required to finish the job. However, it can be emphatically said that the costs would be much lower compared to what the organization would have had to pay its employees. In fact, sometimes certain companies in Asia charge just $6 per man hour spent working on outsourced computer programs. This is much lower to what an American programmer would charge.
